Transcript Request Information
Brookhaven High School
Current students and alumni may request a transcript by completing the online request process outlined below.
How to Request a Transcript:
1. Visit brookhavenschools.org.
2. Select the Schools tab.
3. Choose Brookhaven High School.
4. Navigate to the Academics section.
5. Select Request a Transcript.
6. Complete and submit the online transcript request form in full.
Ensure that your name is entered exactly as it appeared at the time of graduation to avoid processing delays.
Processing Time:
Transcript requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours from the time of submission.
If Brookhaven High School is closed due to holidays or inclement weather, transcript requests will be processed when school resumes.
