BHS LETTER TO STUDENTS - 4/13/20

Good morning students,

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 says for "everything there is a season." We are in a season that none of us expected or predicted.  It has disrupted our normal-- all of our routines and plans, all while keeping us from making definite plans in the near future. However, it has also given us the opportunity to slow down and refocus. Is this the Spring 2020 we had in mind? Not at all, but it is the season we were given.

As we work through this unprecedented time, we have the opportunity to still be our best. The circumstances are difficult and some of the solutions are just "OK", but they are all being made with the best interest of you in mind. We are continually making plans to try to give you opportunities within the parameters we are given. Most of these plans have multiple versions and have been modified repeatedly to meet the current "best practices." Do your part and work on the packets we have provided. Take this time and challenge yourself with reading or projects that interest you and push you to learn and grow.

We will continue to work to give you some version and a chance at the opportunities and events that we traditionally participate in. We appreciate your continued support and understanding. My prayer is that you all stay safe and come out stronger through this experience. We all miss you and wish you nothing but the best. Continue to stay positive, do your best and constantly strive to be a better you every day.

Sincerely,

David Martin, Principal
