Tuesday: Ch 1, sec 3 notes: 12 Basic Functions (give students 12 basic function sheet). Analyze the functions graphically.

Wednesday: Review Ch 1, sec 2, 3; students may work with a partner or in small groups.

Thursday: Test Ch 1, sec 2, 3

Friday: Ch 1, sec 4--Building functions
