Monday - Imaginary / Complex Numbers   Check and go over the bell work and homework problems. Work examples on the board on how to find the discriminant and use it to find the number of solutions. Work practice problems together in class. The students will work the problems on page 320, old textbook, #s 24-40 even in class. After the students complete the problems, we will go over them together in class. Homework will be assigned.

Tuesday - Imaginary/Complex Numbers - Check and go over bell work and homework. Work examples on the board of how to find the discriminant and various examples of imaginary and complex number problems. The students will complete a practice page. 

Homework - Complete classwork that not completed during class.

 

Wednesday - Imaginary / Complex Numbers   Check and go over the bell work and homework problems. The students will work on the review sheet for the test on imaginary and complex numbers. The students can work on the review sheet individually or pair up with another student. The teacher will assist as needed. If the students do not complete the review sheet in class, they will complete it for homework.

Thursday - Review and Test on Imaginary/Complex Numbers   Check and go over the review sheet. After reviewing, the students will take the test on imaginary and complex numbers.

Friday - ACT Packet - Check and go over bell work - Students will complete test from Thursday. Students will also complete any missing assignments before leaving for Thanksgiving Break. The students will be working from ACT packets on the Math section. 

Homework - NONE due to Thanksgiving break.
