Monday - Properties of Exponents    Check and go over the bell work and homework . The teacher will go over examples on the board on how to simplify expressions with rational exponents. The teacher and students will practice problems together in class. The students will work in pairs to complete a worksheet with all the exponent properties. After the students complete the practice worksheet, we will go over it together.

Tuesday -  Properties of Exponents   Check and go over the bell work and homework. Give the students the review sheet to work on in class. The students can work on the review sheet individually or pair up with another student. The teacher will assist as needed.

Wednesday -  Properties of Exponents   Review and test on the properties of exponents. Check and go over the review sheet before the test. After reviewing, the students will take the test.

Thursday - Introduction to Functions   Go over the bell work and then go over examples on the board about functions. Work practice problems together in class. The students will work the problems on page 107, old textbook, #s 1-13 in class. After the students complete the problems, we will go over them together. Homework will be assigned.

Friday - Operations with Functions   Check and go over the bell work and homework. Go over examples on the board. Work practice problems in class together in class. The students will work the problems on page 114, old textbook, #s 1-9 in class. After the students complete the problems, we will go over them together. Homework will be assigned.
