Monday - Professional Development - Student's Out

 

Tuesday - Inverses of Functions   Check and go over the bell work and homework. Go over examples on the board. Work practice problems together in class. The students will work the problems on pages 121 - 122, old textbook, #s 1-9 in class. After the students complete the problems, we will go over them together. Homework will be assigned.
Assignment: Homework - page 122, old textbook, #s 12-28 even, 29, 31, 32, 36, 37, 38

 

Wednesday - Composition of Functions   Check and go over the bell work and homework. Go over examples on the board. Work practice problems in class together in class. The students will work the problems on page 114, old textbook, #s 1-9 in class. After the students complete the problems, we wil go over them together. Homework will be assigned.
Assignment: Homework - page 115, old textbook, #s 12-50 even

 

Thursday - Review Functions   Check and go over the bell work and homework problems. The students will get the review sheet to work on in class. The students will work the review problems on the board and explain how they got their answers. The teacher will evaluate the students with oral questions and responses. If the students do not complete the review sheet, they will complete it for homework.
Assignment: Homework - complete the review sheet for the test on functions

 

Friday - Test on Functions   Check and go over the review sheet with the students before the test. After reviewing, the students will take the test.
