Calling all singers, dancers, and speakers.

Learn the tryout dances on August 12th & 13th -@ 4:00 p.m. in the BHS Dance Studio

Speakers can pickup scripts from Coach Leggett in room 701.



Tryouts will be on August 14th at 4:30 p.m. in the BHS Dance Studio.

Brookhaven School District is proud to announce the appointment of Coach Mandy Vinson as the new Athletic Director. A proud alumna of our district, Coach Vinson brings not only a deep passion for athletics but also a true commitment to our students, staff, and community.

Brookhaven, MS – The Brookhaven School District is proud to announce the appointment of Coach Darien Dorsey as the new Head Football Coach of Brookhaven High School. Coach Dorsey brings with him a wealth of experience, a championship pedigree, and a passion for building strong student-athletes both on and off the field.

We will utilize the online registration process for returning students and hold the annual “One-Stop-Shop” event to verify residency and complete registration for both new and returning students whose parents opt not to complete registration online.

Students will not be allowed to attend school until registration is complete.

Brookhaven High School is excited to partner with Get2College to host a FAFSA Day on January 22, 2025 and February 17, 2025. During this FAFSA Day event, participants will leave the appointment with FAFSA completion and MAAPP completion.

Throughout her valued tenure, Mrs. Chapman held various leadership positions, making a profound and lasting impact on the lives of countless students, staff, and community members.
